For men over 40 who want to lose weight, I will craft an exercise program if you prefer to workout at home or if you go to the gym. Either is fine for me. If you workout at home we will look at what exercise modalities you have at your disposal: for example, dumbbells, exercise bands, etc. We can also do body weight exercises, like pushups, sit ups, chair squats and so on. Whether at home or in the gym, I guarantee you will reclaim the physique of the younger you.
